Crucial Conversations- How to have them and achieve positive outcomes.

This session explores difficult conversations, especailly when challenging others or giving challenging feedback. Using a variety of commuication techniques, particpants learn how to "flex" their style of communication, dependant on the message and the audience, and those crucial conversations.

Audience: Leaders, Managers, Supervisors, Team leaders who would like to develop their performance management skills and get better at dealing with crucial conversations.

Outcomes:   Confidence and improved ability to "face up" to those crucial conversations, preparing mentally for difficult conversations. Understanding the importance of non-verbal communication, choiceof words and an increased awareness of your impact on others when managing performance.
